If you need to make a payment why not use our online payment portal. To make payment just login, if it is your first time using the payment portal you will need to register. Please click here to access the portal. If you are having issues registering on the payment portal please contact us via email@example.com. Alternatively you can use our new telephone automated payment system. Call us on 02392 448 500 and press option 1 followed by option 1. Please note that you will be asked for your agreement number. If you do not know your agreement number please refer to any written communications you have received from us, your agreement number can be found there.
Alternatively you can set up a standing order with your bank to make payment. Making a regular automated payment means you won’t have to action anything each month. Please note that if you make payment on a Friday you will receive your code on the following Monday.
